Obverse: A composition depicting the portrait of the poet with a semi-circular inscription on the upper part from left to right of the phrase “ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ ΛΙΠΕΡΤΗΣ ΠΟΙΗΤΗΣ 1866-1937”. The coin’s nominal value of €5 is also depicted.

Reverse:   The Central Bank of Cyprus emblem , the words “ΚΥΠΡΟΣ”, “CYPRUS” and “KIBRIS” and the year “2016”.
