This is an extremely rare key date 1977 100 Halala coin from Saudi Arabia in choice uncirculated condition.
A few thousand coins were struck and reviewed by the Saudi government before they ultimately decided not to issue the coin, and all struck coins were supposed to have been destroyed.
However, a small number of coins did survive, and some have found their way into circulation and into the numismatic market.

Reverse: Legend above inscription in circle dividing value, date below
